How Solar Panels Explained handles the browser-only learning tool and enquiry details recorded through the central MoreLeadz lead system.
Learning routes stay in your browser
Choosing a goal only tells your browser which reading route to display; nothing is uploaded, kept on a server, or passed to an installer. Close the tab or refresh the page and it's gone.
What the enquiry form collects
It asks for a name, a postcode, one way to contact you, and an optional short message — nothing more. Don't add payment details or other sensitive information. Cloudflare may still generate its own technical security logs whenever the site is used, separately from any of this.
Why we hold it, and your consent
The details you send are used to record the enquiry, review it and match it against installers, and the form won't submit until you've ticked its consent box yourself.
Where it's kept
Enquiries sit in the central MoreLeadz Cloudflare D1 database, reachable only through the protected operational dashboard. We do not build advertising audiences from this data. The site uses Google Analytics 4 to track aggregated visitor usage, which sets a small number of analytics cookies; that usage data is kept separate from your enquiry details.
Who sees it
Adding an enquiry through the form puts it into MoreLeadz; it does not automatically forward your details to any specific installer, and whatever happens next is handled from the lead dashboard.
Asking us to change or remove it
Quote the short reference you were given after submitting, and use the complaints and corrections route to ask the website operator to find, correct or delete an enquiry. Formal operator identity and contact details will follow as part of the owner's separate compliance process.
