Chasing installer quotes
There is one route in for quotes: the get-quotes page. The form takes only the details the operator needs to review your request. It then gives you a short reference once you send it.
Please do not include payment details or other sensitive information. A request does not book an installation, and we cannot promise a reply time. A person does read each enquiry, however.
Everything else: corrections, access, deletion
No separate administrative address exists yet, so the same form covers these requests too. Quote your reference if you have one. Then say plainly that your message is a correction, an access request or a deletion request.
Please leave out anything else sensitive. The complaints and corrections page covers the same ground in more detail. The privacy notice explains how we handle your data.
Spotted a mistake in a guide?
Tell us which page you mean and what looks wrong. If you can, name the source that shows the right answer. Because we correct pages in place, the fix appears at the same address.
Read our editorial policy to see how we check each page. For example, it explains how we choose sources and what a review date means. It also says how we handle AI tools.
Help us find the problem
Give us the page address, a short note on what looks wrong and your reference, if you have one. That helps us find the issue fast, because we can then see what you saw.
What we cannot do
We do not install or repair panels, so we cannot fix a fault with an existing system. If a problem is urgent, contact your installer first. We cannot promise a reply time, but a person reads every message. Please keep your message short and clear.
Send a message or enquiry
Send only the details needed for a review. Your enquiry goes straight into the central MoreLeadz lead dashboard. The operator can then match vetted MCS-certified installers to your postcode, although nothing goes to an installer without your consent.
